You can request deletion of your Connect Bro account and personal information by emailing hello@oryn.nz from the email address associated with your account.
Tell us the email address used for your account and that you want your Connect Bro data deleted. Do not send your password.
We will verify the request, delete or anonymise information we are not required to retain, and reply to confirm the outcome. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
If you cannot access your account email, contact hello@oryn.nz with enough information for us to verify the request.
